Spring Sports Week 1 - Practice Schedules, Announcement Updates, & Other Season Information

16 Mar by Seth Dover

Good morning Impact Sports Family,

Today marks the official start of the 2026 Spring Sports Season! Practices for Flag Football, T-Ball, Softball, Baseball, and Spring Cheer will begin this week.

At this time, the Flag Football and T-Ball/Softball/Baseball practice schedules are posted below.

The Cheer practice schedule is still being finalized as we are currently working to secure additional coaches. This may slightly delay the start of cheer practices, but we are hopeful to have that schedule confirmed very soon.

For those participating in Spring Cheer who do not yet have a uniform, we will be holding uniform try-ons during evening practice times:

Monday, March 16
Tuesday, March 17
5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Location: The Fieldhouse at the Rock Springs Ball Fields

Please take a moment to review the practice schedules posted below for the leagues that are beginning this week. If you are unsure where a field is located, you can reference the attached field maps for each league.

If you have any questions or need help finding your location, please feel free to reach out to me or your coach, and we will be happy to assist you.

If you notice any issues with the current practice schedule or the format in which it is presented, please feel free to reach out to me directly so I can help address and resolve the situation.

Please also keep in mind that practice and game schedules are always subject to change if necessary. Our goal is to follow the schedule as it is currently posted for the duration of the season, but adjustments may occasionally be required. If any changes do occur, I will communicate directly with the affected teams and coaches and make an announcement when appropriate.

As we have experienced in many past seasons, weather can sometimes play a role in scheduling adjustments, so please be prepared for that possibility throughout the season. There is even a chance it could impact practices this evening depending on conditions.

Additional Season Details:
With practices now scheduled and set to begin this week, please be on the lookout for additional final season details that will be released over the coming days.

These updates will include league game schedules, as well as the dates, times, and locations for the coaches’ and officials’ meetings. We will also be sharing official uniform design renders for each team, coach practice guides and resource templates, and the final division rules for each league.

Thank you for your patience as we finalize these details and prepare for a great season ahead.

We cannot wait to see you all soon!

Grace & Peace,
Seth Dover & Impact Sports Team
