Good Evening Impact Sports Family,
Flag football evaluations begin tomorrow evening. Please note that flag football is the only spring sport holding evaluations this season. There will be no evaluations for tee ball, softball, or baseball.
Evaluations are primarily intended for first-year flag football participants (ages 5–18), though returning players are welcome to attend if they would like.
Please remember:
Evaluations are not tryouts. Every registered participant will be placed on a team. If your child is unable to attend, it will not affect their placement. Additionally, there will be no makeup date if weather becomes a factor.
The purpose of evaluations is to help us form teams as evenly as possible while also doing our best to honor teammate requests and coach accommodations.
Evaluation Schedule:
March 2nd
• 5:30 PM – Ages 5–7
• 6:30 PM – Ages 8–10
March 3rd
• 5:30 PM – Ages 11–13
• 6:30 PM – Ages 14–18
We strongly encourage all registered flag football coaches to attend. This will also serve as a brief coaches meeting where we will share important information and receive assistance with evaluations.
What Happens After Evaluations?
Team Formation & Communication
Teams will be formed March 4th–7th. Once finalized:
- Rosters will be emailed to families.
- Rosters will be uploaded to the Stack Teams App.
If you do not have the app downloaded or are not checking your email, you may miss important league-wide communication.
A public announcement will also be posted once rosters are live, and coaches will reach out shortly after with introductions and next steps.
Please note: Any late registrations received after tonight’s deadline will not be included in the initial uniform order. Uniforms will still be ordered but may arrive after games begin.
Practice Information:
Practices will begin the week of March 16th.
Coaches who have already registered, please send your available practice days and times so we can begin organizing the schedule.
Registration Deadline:
Tonight is the final day to officially register. If you have not registered — or know someone who hasn’t — please complete registration today. If you experience any issues, contact me as soon as possible.
Coach & Volunteer Requirement:
If you plan to coach or assist with any spring sports team, you must complete a volunteer form. Please submit this as soon as possible so we can send your background check information. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder so you don’t miss the email.
