Good afternoon Impact Sports Family,

Thank you all for your continued flexibility and understanding as we work through recent weather-related changes. Below is an outline of the updated plan for make-up games and playoffs, along with our contingency plan should weather conditions not cooperate.

Current Plan (Weather Permitting)

Thursday, January 29
All unplayed regular-season games will be made up on this date.

Friday, January 30
No games scheduled
This day will be used to finalize playoff seeding and schedules.

Saturday, January 31
All 3–4 Coed and 5–6 Coed teams will play as originally scheduled at the CFC.
The majority of first-round playoff games will also be played on this day.

Monday, February 2 & Tuesday, February 3
Remaining playoff games will be played as scheduling allows.

Championship Week
Championship games will take place during the week of February 16.
Teams advancing to championship play will be able to schedule one practice at the CFC (Old Gym) during the week of February 9–14.

If this plan moves forward as outlined above, official playoff seeding and schedules will be posted on Friday, January 30.



Contingency Plan (If Weather Does Not Cooperate)

Make-up games will still be played on Thursday, January 29.
Playoffs will be rescheduled to take place during the week of February 16–21.
Teams participating in the postseason will still be able to schedule one practice at the CFC during the week of February 9–14.

Please keep in mind that all schedules remain subject to change due to weather or facility availability. My goal is to ensure that every team has the opportunity to finish the season properly while prioritizing safety, fairness, and clear communication.

End-of-Season Banquet Update
In both scenarios outlined above, the Winter Sports Banquet will no longer take place on February 7. It has been rescheduled for Monday, February 23. More details will be shared in the coming days.

If you have any questions, concerns, or conflicts with the schedule, please reach out as soon as possible so I can address them. (All changes will be updated in the schedule for Thursday's make-up games by the end of the day).
